Can't access language cloud

Hello, I have been trying to use the SDL Language Cloud automatic translation function but after loading, I get a message (sorry it's in Spanish) saying Language cloud can not be accessed and to check my internet connection:

Trados Studio error message in Spanish stating 'No se puede acceder a Language Cloud Compruebe su conexion a Internet o el estado del servicio.'

How can I solve this issue? Thank you.
