How to access my Trados Live Essential Professional subscription?

My company has purchased a Trados Studio 2021 network license, how do we access our Trados Live Essential Professional subscription? When trying to log in with the SDL account credentials in Trados Live Essentials, the following message appears: : 'You don't have permissions for this account.' 

I am the account administrator but my own account cannot even sign into the SDL Language Cloud website.
