Hi!
Last year, I purchased 2 SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, to be installed on 4 computers. Initially, everything worked perfectly, but recently I formatted all PCs, so now I can only use the code for 1 PC (2 in total) and I can't use the same code twice it seems. Do you know why this might happen and how to maybe solve it?

Hello Deixis Dooel ,
After checking your account- each license still has one activation available (green boxed)
Before you are able to reset an activation, you need to first use the activation available.
Once active, you will see a reset license option, on the right of the screen
This will indicate two different codes- based on the date of activation, you can then reset the correct one.
