Suddenly, out of the blue, I experienced problems with my SDL Trados Studio 2021. After having tried to fix the problem with the help from the community and the knowledge base, I had only one option left: to remove the application and to reinstall it, in case of a corrupt installation. I removed the application via the settings menu.

When I tried to install again SDL Trados Studio 2021 it would start the installation but then abort it. It is impossible to complete the installation.

Please take a look at the attached screen-shot, which shows what messages I get during my attempt to install SDL Trados Studio 2021. As you can see, most part of the application has not been installed and subsequently aborted. I have tried to fix the problem with link to Microsoft, again, to no avail. 

It seems to me like having bought SDL Trados Studio 2021 but without being able to use it anymore.

NB: I am working on an iMac and use the latest version of Parallels with Windows 10. Any advise and instructions will have to be compliant with this setup.
