in our Citrix environment we have installed the SDL Trados Studio 2019 (SDLTradosStudio2019_SR2_15.2.8.3007.exe), but we have problem activating the product.
The Citrix environment is in the version XenDesktop 2003.0.0.25036 (7.15 ltsr), and is a provisioned environment.

The license server (SDL License Server) is installed in another server (SrvDom1). The product name listed inside the license server is "Studio - Professional Commuter 2019".

When the user opens in the Citrix desktop the SDL application, he try to "Activate" the software, but riceves this messagge "The application can only be activated using a License Server when Remote Desktop Services Service is installed".
Then, in the box "License server name:", the user put the value of "srvdom1.bz.pensfond" or "srvdom1", but after the "Connect" button, it appears another message: A single user license does not allow you to run SDL Trados Studio when Remote Desktop Services Service is installed. Remove Remote Desktop Services Service or activate SDL Trados Studio using a license server to continue."
