Please help.
My computer is broken so my software is not accessible. I need to return my licence in order to reinstall the program on another computer.
It says I need an INSTALLATION code, which I don't have and never had.
What can I do?

At the moment, your license for Trados Studio 2021 Freelance should be available, so you only need to copy-paste the license activation code (you can see it in the Licenses section of your SDL account) into the Product Activation window of Trados Studio.

That's correct! After the download, you run the installation, and when launching the program, you should be prompted with the Product Activation window (that's where you type in the license activation key in the Perpetual License tab).
