Apologies for creating another thread, I replied 2 days ago to the previous one I had created but since it is marked as "answered" I'm not sure if you're still notified of updates.
I just need someone to please reset my license one last time so I can deactivate the license on my laptop and reactivate on my desktop computer. This should be the last time I post one of these requests hopefully since I'm back on my home network.

Hi Sorin,
Thank you for your help. It's not working this time, unfortunately.
When I try to deactivate the license on my laptop, it says "Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded."
If I try to activate the license on my desktop computer, I get the usual error message stating that no license is currently available for this activation code.
Do I need to uninstall Studio completely on the laptop?

On your laptop please do the following:
Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
Then try to activate the license on your desktop.
