Hi, I'm trying to move my licence from my desktop to my laptop, but the licence won't deactivate.
I've gone from deactivating via the help menu on the program, then tried the deactivate offline function, and then tried resetting the licence.
None of them worked so far.
Please help reset the licence so I can have it transferred. Thanks!
