Today I started Trados Studio 2019 to activate my license, an error message "License is not found" (in Japanese) appeared and I could not activate my license.
According to my license status on line, the license is not "in use" (deactivated). How should I do to activate my license? Please help me.

Yes, I noted my license could be activated as I wrote below.
I tried to activate my license through another PC and could activate it, fortunately. However, I wanted to activate it through my PC I always use. I had no choice to use another PC, since I was in a hurry.
Anyway, I could solve this problem. Thank you for your attention.
