Hi everyone,
I want to deactivate the license key of SDL Trados Studio 2014 on the old computer as the software did not work in the last two or three weeks. The programm does not start at all so that I cannot deactivate the license key online or offline. I deinstalled the software and tried to install it again in order to retry to deactivate the license key on the old computer and install the software and activate the license key on the new computer. New installation does not work and I get no error message. Any idea how to proceed?
