I lost access to my Trados Studio 2021 programm after updating it to SR1 version and after a lot of tries to open the programm again (following all online tips), I tried to desactive it offline on my SDL account. However, I can't conclude the process, because I just get to the "desactivation authorization" step and since I can't open the Studio to generate the certificate, I'm absolutely lost. I have a pending and urgent project to finish and I don't know what to do. :( Please help.

Thank you for your prompt assistance, but I still need help. :(. I've confirmed that I had the licence desactivated in my SDL account and initiated the process of uninstalling and reinstalling Studio 2021 in my PC. However the same error message (Service 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.lActionService' could not be started.) keeps appearing and I can't open Trados Studio 2021. As for Multiterm, no problem in opening it. What can I do? What is happening with it? I also tried repairing Trados but didn't work either. Your prompt help is much appreciated again.
Problem resolved with the proposed "rename of the Pluggin folder" and "repair" Studio.. Thank you all for the support in this case.
