Hello,
I have recently changed the HD of my PC, and installed Windows 10, and I have been trying to reinstall my Trados 2015 with no sucess.
I have returned the license before all this, but when the installation gets to the "installing C++ items to your PC", I receive a message saying the file is not in the same folder where it was published the last time.
What do I need to do to solve this issue?
I have a lot of urgent jobs to do this week, so please help me asap!

To install Trados Studio 2015, please log in to your account and go to Downloads.
You can then download and install directly and activate using the available valid activation code.

Hello Steven, I have done this at least 15 times in the last days, but that's not the point. The issue starts when the tab "the C++ files will be installed in your computer" pops up, and it doesn't carry on. Apparently there's something missing in order to complete the set up. No problem with downloading the .exe file.
