URGENT: SDL Trados does not open anymore - AlignmentEditor

Hello,
I need your help.
All of a sudden I have started to get this error notification " Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService" when trying to open SDL Trados. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but no luck :(
I have an upcoming deadline and I am quite desperate.

    Hello ,

    This is perhaps caused by your antivirus 

    There are a number of solutions, as detailed in the following article.

    https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032761

    If running Trados Studio 2021 you will need the folder

    C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16

    Then run a repair (please note that if Studio has become corrupted, reinstallation won't always fix the issue, without resetting/repairing Trados Studio.
