Hi there,
I have SDL Trados 2019 installed and would like to upgrade to the 2021 version which I have purchased some months ago. I can see the activation code for the 2021 version in my SDL account but cannot deactivate the 2019 version, neither online (doesn't appear in my licenses list) nor in the SDL app. When I click on "deactivate this product" an error message pops up saying:
Deaktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.
Can anyone help?
