Upgrading from Freelance to Professional - not able to deactivate Freelance license

Hello,

I was asked by Aaron Caruso, to log a ticket here.

I made an upgrade from the Freelance edition to Professional, but unfortunately, I am not able to deactivate the Freelance edition on my computer. When I click the deactivate button an error box pops up with the text: Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted.
