I was chatting with one of your talents. She asked that I write to you. Here is what she said:
Ok, so I have found the order but for some reason I cannot get in the account where the license has been released. You will need to contact our licensing department for this as they need to check this from their end.
As the license was indeed payed for.
Simply put:
1. My Trados works fine... I would just like to install DeepL.
2. However, when I log into my account, I do not see any purchase history.
