Hello,
My Licence is Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus and I had two activations before.
Following the instructions to reset licence, I succeeded in deactivating the second activation.
But I cannot deactivate the first one because I do not see "Reset Licence" link anymore.
How can I deactivate it? It is not active on my computer, so I cannot do so in Trados Studio.
The current status is:
User 1-1* In use 1-0 Available 0-1
*Extra activation
