Hi,
my Trados 2015 crashed multiple times today after failed attempts to open files for translation. S I first tried resetting the license - never got the message "Your license was successfully reset" that I found in the knowledge base. Subsequently I deactivated the license. Now my account says that I have a license in use, but the application is asking for an activation code - when I enter it, I get the message "Activation failed. Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0."
