Hi, I bought Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU8 and succesfully installed it. I have now some issues in activating the licence. I can't find the activation code, that is supposed to be in my SDL account: under "DOWNLOADS" I can find Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU8 and MultiTerm 2021 SR1 Desktop Installer but under "LICENSES" there is no data. Where I can find the activation code? Thank you

I have already paied. I have just checked my emails: as I remembered, on 30th August at 4:05 pm I received an e-mail saying "Thank you for your payment, your order has now been processed. To view the details of this order, please visit the SDL Account area of our website."
Why the order is still pending in my account and I have no license?
