Hello,
I got an error while opening the sdlxliff file, please see the error message below:
I am using Trados Studio 2015 SR3 12.3.5281.10
I have tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling including deactivating and reactivating, but the error persists and I cannot proceed with working.
Could you please help?

It's always best to post the full error stack so we can see what may be causing the issue.
You can do this by clicking on the blue disk icon and saving the XML to your desktop and then attaching this to the thread.
There are also a number of self help article here in the RWS Gateway (knowledge base)
