How can I get my extra activation (code)?

Question

Hello there! 
 
 I purchased Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus but when I try to use the activation code on my second device (my laptop), I get an error message saying that the activation code is not valid. 
 So where can I find the extra activation license code so that I can use Trados Studio on my laptop when not working on my PC?

 I`ve reset one of your activations, please try to activate the license on your laptop.

Hello Doreen Fleischer , 
 After checking your account- both activations are already in use. The last activation was back in June. 
 
 You can however 'reset' one of the activations to use on your Laptop. 
 When you click on Reset License, you should be able to work out (from the dates shown) which one to reset.
