Hi,
I was unable to deactivate a license Trados 2019 Freelance Plus before my old laptop finally died, and now cannot activate Trados 2019 Freelance Plus on my new device. I just tried the self-reset option in my SDL Account but only get the message 'An error has occurred' and cannot reset the relevant license (Fulfilment: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
