We recently purchased upgrades for our team and two of my team members have been unable to activate their license.
In one case, my colleague was unable to deactivate her SDL Trados Studio 2019 license both in-product or offline. Despite the fact that the deactivation failed, the option to deactivate offline doesn't appear on our account any longer and when clicking the Upgrade button, we receive an error asking to deactivate Trados 2019 which we have been unable to. Anyway you can help force deactivate the 2019 installation?
In the second case, my colleague was able to deactivate her 2019 installation and upgrade her license to 2021 but she has been receiving an invalid code error when trying to activate her new license key. The key was showing as In Use so we reset it and tried again but still without success. We would appreciate your help since both are unable to work.
