SDL License Server Manager: 0x80070002 - Le fichier spésifié est introuvable.

Question

We have purchased an upgrade from the Passolo 2018 Team Unlimited Edition Single User licence to the Floating Network licence. 
 We have downloaded both the Passolo 2018 SR1 CU13 Passolo2018.exe update file and the License Server Manger v2.0.27550 SDLLicenseServerManager_2.0.27550.exe file to our dedicated license server repository. 
 When running the SDLLicenseServerManager_2.0.27550.exe file, we receive the following error and we cannot proceed with the installation: 
 
 We do not know which file is missing.
