Hi,
I recently had to reinstall my computer altogether. In my SDL account, it shows that my Studio 2019 license is still being activated and I can't seem to find a way to deactivate it to activate it on my newly installed computer. Is there a way to deactive the said license?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
