I tried to install Trados 2021 Freelance Plus on a second device, but I am not able to activate Trados with my licence key on this second device.
What is going wrong?

Henriette Ruttkay Support Case Id : 00625835. Maybe you have used one up and not returned it so you don't have a second licence available to you? Have you checked what it says in your account as that would shed some light on it for you? However, a support case has been logged for your assistance. Please check your SDL Community email address for updates.

I bought a permanent licence in January 2021 for two devices. In my account, it seems that there is only 1 licence available, but I paid and I have been invoiced for Freelance plus, as I wanted to download Trados on 2 different devices. This problem is getting urgent, thank you.
It seemes that in my account there is only 1 licence available, but I paid for a permanent licence (Freeland Plus) for download on 2 devices in January 2021 and I used only 1 yet. This problem is getting urgent, thank you in advance.
