My computer crashed just now and I was not able to deactivate my license. Could you please deactivate my license, do that I can continue working on another computer?

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
