can not activate Trados Freelance!!

Hello,

on 2.8.2021 I bought Trados studio, today I can no longer connect because my license has expired or exceeded the number of devices?
I only have it installed on one computer. I have to translate today, the deadline is confirmed and I can’t do without Trados.

Trados Studio error message stating 'License Activation - No license available. Please check your account entitlements.' with a green 'Activate' button.

I need your help asap!
