we have a problem with our license.
Our license management runs through a server. So far, the program has also worked well. Since one week we get the message that the license has expired. The license is still stored in SDL License Manager on the server. In my profile it says that the license does not expire. In SDL Trados Studio 2021 the IP of the license server is stored. We have not changed anything in the settings.

When I re-enter the connection to the license server in SDL Trados Studio, I get the message "An error occurred while retrieving the license. Click 'Retry' to try again.

When I go to SDL License Manager to deactivate the license, I get the message "Provider error occurred, code: 0. Revocation is not allowed for an expired license."

Can you help me?
