Hi,
I use freelance plus and have the program installed on two computers. One computer has crasched and I want to deactivate the certificate offline.
That license web page shows two "Unique Activation ID"
How do I know to which computers they belong?
I do not want to deactivate the wrong computer.
On the computer in the program where I want to keep the program I have a "Activation code" which is not one of the above codes.

You need to do this by the date of activation shown when you reset the license,
Unfortunately if you activated both machines at roughly the same time, then there is no way to know which is which.
Simply reset one activation- then start Studio (wait 20 minutes first) and see if it starts properly.
If not and it asks for an activation- reactivate and then reset the other activation.
Its simply a process of elimination.
