I have a valid licence SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance for two computers. If I look into my account, If I look into my account, there I get the message Sie haben keine Lizenzen (you have no licence). If I open my Trados, even the activatinc-code is shown. No I will migrate to a new computer. What shall i do? My account ID is 176303.
On 23th of december 2020 I ordered an Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, Order-Nr. 632253 for 135 €, but never received an activating-code. How can I use it on my new computer?
