How can I enter my license in SDL Trados 2019 if it always says "No Data" "You have no licenses" and a 0 on the available upgrades. How can I get it running and not always on a trial subscription?
Can you please advise if you have a purchased license or using a free trial?

Hi Ana! I am currently using a free trial. But I was given a license already.
I am currently using a free trial but has purchased a license already.
In order to add the license code there would be needed to log in into your account - products and plans - licenses and then copy the long number from there and add it to your trados studio installation . At the following link https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/w/customer-experience/1333/03-4-activating-my-software-after-downloading-and-installing you can see the exact steps to follow.
Please note that if you are using a trial of an older version (Trados studio 2019) but you have currently purchased a 2021 Trados Studio , the license key from your account will not work on the installation of Trados Studio 2019 as each version has its license code, so you will need to download and install the Trados Studio 2021 and then activate the 2021 version .
