New Trados 2021 Installation - Unable to sign in to Language Cloud to activate license

Question

Hello there, 
 After installing Trados 2021, I am unable to log in to Language Cloud to activate license. 
 See screenshot below:

Hi Marissa, 
 Support did provide a solution, thankfully. 
 This had to do with a missing registry entry linked to a security protocol that Trados 2021 uses.

 If this doesn't work for you, then I suggest that you open a new support case so they can look into it.
