New Trados 2021 Installation - Unable to sign in to Language Cloud to activate license

Hello there,

After installing Trados 2021, I am unable to log in to Language Cloud to activate license.

See screenshot below:

    I have now done a bit of research on this and, unfortunately, this seems to be quite a widespread issue. In my case, if this is not solved, I won't be able to use Trados when the trial expires (as I can't activate the licence).

    Just to clarify, completely shutting down my firewall/antivirus has no effect at all whatsoever. Uninstalling/reinstalling Trados made no difference either.

    I am currently using Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.8.4404. Happy to use an older version if it helps.

    Needless to say, there are no other issues on my system and my Internet connection is just working fine (and I can access https://1.1.1.1/ via my browser without any issues). No issues at all with 2019, of course.

    I'd be grateful for a prompt reply and solution for this issue.
