Hi, last week I moved from Brazil to Kigali, Rwanda and with all the preparations, I forgot to deactivate my Trados license on my old computer, which I wasn`t taking with me. Now I`d like to deactivate and reactivate my license on my new computer but I do not remember how to do so (a few years ago I had the same problem after my computer crashed but I do not recall how it was solved).
Can you advise on how to proceed?
