Hi Valerie
You cannot update your Studio as you already have the latest version.
Make sure that you install the very latest version of the WS pack, which is called "SDL Worldserver Server Components 2021" , version 16.7.1757. This is the only version that works with Studio 2021 CU 8.
You can download it directly from Studio by going to "Welcome - RWS Appstore" and searching for "Worldserver".
To be on the safe side, I suggest you first uninstall any other version of the Worldserver Components that you have already installed.

Many thanks for your prompt reply, much appreciated! Yet, for some reason, i can't download the pack as i'm asked to log in and my passowrd is denied. I tried to reset it and it wouldn't work either. I'm not sure what the issue is?

Hi Lydia and thanks for your message. An engineer had to step up because the issue was with an older email address. They could solve the issue and i installed the pack successfully!
