I have a Studio 2021 Professional licence.
I just desactivated it on my principal pc and want to activate it on my laptop. But it doesn't work.....

Hi Anna,
If you're still having this problem, you could try resetting your Trados license online, start by clicking here:
I haven't tried it to see if it works but that should walk you through what you need to do to free up your license if it still is listed on your account as 'in use'. If you see it's now free, you should be able to go ahead and activate your license on your laptop.
