Hi,
I just bought Trados 2021 Freelance and I cannot open it. The setup was completed, but when I click on the icon I get an error message.
'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started.'
I need help with this. I read the community forum on the question and it did not solve my issue. I'm not a computer expert and can't afford to pay to have Trados installed. This is the first time I've ever had this problem with an app.
