The translation memory data file engine returned an error: file is not a database - SDL 2019

Hello,

I have this message when trying to open SDL 2019:

"The translation memory data file engine returned an error:

file is not a database

file is not a database" (this line two times...)

I am working on a quite large project with a tight delivery time. Anybody having the same issue and knowing the solution?
