After an update of Window 10, Trados ask me to activate my licence, but my licence is already in use in my account. I dont now what to do.
After an update of Window 10, Trados ask me to activate my licence, but my licence is already in use in my account. I dont now what to do.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

I did try as it says in the article, but I always get a error message. I sent a message to Support. I am waiting for them to reset my license.
