re installation issue

I need your urgent help regarding the following issue:
I purchased the above version from your site 16 Nov. 2016. My account ID is 277861.
Invoice Number is 429666.
Licence key is : xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Due to some technical issues I have to format the machine and have to change the hardware, But after that I am unable to reinstall the trados version in my system.
Please help me in this regard to solve the issue, so that I can install it again and work on.  
Already downloaded from my sdl account but messages are appearing like this every time.  
Error message on Trados Studio 2016 setup: 'An error occurred during the installation of assembly component CODE. HRESULT: 0x80070BC9. The requested operation failed. A system reboot is required.' with an OK button.
