I'm trying to activate my subscription via the Language Cloud but it says "unable to reach Language Cloud servers". I reinstalled everything and the first time, it seemed to work. I entered my name and password, but it didn't quite connect. So I closed it again and this appeared. I can't even try to insert anything now. I am connected to Internet (obviously I am writing you) and I have unactivated all the firewalls (since it says it could be a problem with the firwall). Now what???
