we cannot Install the SDL Licence Server Manager. When we try, we receive the error code 0x80070002 The system cannot find the file specified. When we try to install the appropriate version of .NET Framework, we receive the message that the version 4.7 or higher is already installed. Is there another way to activate our licence?

ok, it says I have activated the Licence, but when I enter Studio 2021, it is still running on the 30 day trial licence, how do I apply the activation there? Also, this is supposed to be a floating licence for our office, will this same process for activation work on all office computers?

In Studio you need to click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the machine where you activated the license > click "Connect".
Floating licenses are usually activated on a server and the users retrieve the license seats from there. Your license has one seat so only one user can use Studio at the same time. If you need more users to be able to use Studio at the same time you need to increase the number of seats for your license.
