Unable to activate MY SDL Trados Studio 2021 license.. I can activate it on SL License server but it does not go any further. I get error " an error occured while requesting a license. Click retry to try again. We bought three licenses.

But below is the error I get when I try to activate the trail or the other license via license server 
 " an error occurred while requesting a license. Click retry to try again" 
 
 And this is the error when I try to activate with the trail or the other license using activation code: 
 "Activation failed. Invalid Product Key. Make sure that the Product Key belongs to the intended product or product version".
