SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance deactivation

Question

Hi, 
 My computer got out of order, so I'm trying to re-install Trados after formatting it. 
 But I can't deactivate the license, and it is in the 'in use' state. 
 An error occurs when I click 'Reset license.' 
 Could you deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license on your side? 
 p.s. I would need your help again a few days later, for I would get a new computer.

 Your license has been reset, please try to reactivate it when needed. 
 When you want to move the license from the current computer to the new one try to deactivate the license from Studio > Help tab > Product Activation.
