Professional trial version - import and upgrade tmx not available?

Hello,

I have the free trial version (professional) but it's impossible to import tmx files or upgrade them. I can find the button "import", but it shows in grey when I add it to the commands, and it's impossible to use it. Why is that? What can I do?
