I need help updating a new license that has to be migrated from 2017 to 2021 since it was purchased in March and we also noticed that one instance is still in use but we don't have access to the PC now.
I need help updating a new license that has to be migrated from 2017 to 2021 since it was purchased in March and we also noticed that one instance is still in use but we don't have access to the PC now.
Note that it appears under Upgrades in the account but we receive an error that the process could not be completed.
