Same problem as others --- need to reset my license but no "reset" button available.
Am not able to get into my old computer to deactivate license there because it died.
All attempts to deactivate offline do not work.
Can some Trados angel please reset my licence for me? I have an urgent translation and am stuck here in a panic.
