In the previous case you had Windows related errors and the support team performed a Windows update, and a Studio repair. That was two weeks ago. I suggest you try a Studio repair while you're waiting as it'll be Monday at the earliest before a support Engineer can engage with you.

Thank you for your help. I repaired Trados twice, restarted my PC, but the problem persist. No possibility to work. Or to open Trados to look for the terms in Translation memory. The program just closes.
I am not a big expert of computers, therefore I cannot remember the actions your colleague did to help me the previous time, but next time I should definately not them down to not bother you and your colleagues again.
However, it is very strange, that without changing anything to my PC or Trados tool after repairing actions from the Support Staff the same problem accures again.
