After a laptop crash I reinstalled SDL 2014 on my laptop after doing a forced return. When I try to activate the licence, I get the message (in French, sorry): La licence ne prend pas en charge SDL Studio 2014". I have SDL Studio 2014 plus and before the crash I was using the licence on 2 computers.

Hi Martha,
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014.
Go to KB article #5196 ( http://kb.sdl.com/kb/article?ArticleId=5196 ) and follow the instructions.
